The enormous bed was very comfortable. Lovely outlook surrounded by gardens, pools, and water features. Bellboy helpful and courteous. Staff highly professional, respectful, and very helpful. Convenient location near the airport and great restaurants. Easy parking and free shuttle.

Marvellous location to Tres Arcos. Based really close to many restaurants as well as Sam's Club, Wal-Mart Supercenter, and a great movie theater and the port and posada de tampico. Clean room, had an excellent stay in business trip. Bathtubs in the bathroom.

The buffet breakfast is a highlight, and the staff provides excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a gym and a pool.

The outdated furniture and poor TV signal in the rooms can be a drawback for some guests.

The room was outdated and needed some updating. the mattress was not comfortable and the plumbing was problematic.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to many restaurants and shopping options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering complementary shuttle service to and from the airport. The breakfast buffet and pool area were delightful, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

The decor is outdated and could use a refresh. The check-in and check-out experiences were underwhelming, lacking a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel is a true luxury experience. the exclusive amenities are top-notch, the service is outstanding, and the private facilities are a welcome touch. the swimming pool is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery, and was a true highlight of my stay. the room advantages were also impressive, with spacious accommodations and modern furnishings. the restaurant and bar area were both excellent, with delicious food and a wide variety of drinks to choose from.

this was a minor inconvenience and did not impact my overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, with close proximity to the airport and some amazing restaurants. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, especially the bellboy who helped us with our luggage. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had beautiful surroundings with lovely gardens, pools, and water features.

There were a few areas of improvement during my stay. Some of the staff members were not always the friendliest, giving off an unwelcoming vibe.
